One of the best parts of Dune: Awakening is the option to team up with friends. But if you’re sharing a base, you’ll want to make sure people aren’t accidentally (or intentionally) messing up your hard work.

Here’s how I manage permissions and keep my base safe while still letting my friends join in the fun.

Sub-Fief Console = Your HQ

From your Sub-Fief Console, you can open the Permissions tab. Here, you’ll decide who gets access to what — crafting, doors, storage, and more.

You can give someone full control, partial control, or restrict them completely. I usually give my trusted friends access to crafting stations, but keep storage locked so no one “borrows” rare resources.

Item-Level Permissions

Want even more control? You can assign permissions to individual chests, doors, or machines. This is great if you’re building a large base for a clan or group. You can learn more now from u4gm.com.
