I recently decided to relocate my base in Dune: Awakening, and honestly? I thought it was going to be a nightmare. But thanks to a few handy tools and tricks, it was surprisingly smooth.
Here’s how I moved my base without losing my mind (or my resources).
Use the Solido Replicator
Before tearing anything down, I crafted a Solido Replicator. It lets you save a blueprint of your base layout (not the crafting stations though). So I walked around, recorded the layout, and moved to a more strategic spot near spice fields and PvE objectives.
Placing the blueprint in the new area saved a ton of time. I still had to rebuild everything manually, but at least I didn’t have to guess where each wall or floor went.
Pack Smart with Your Sandbike
I attached an Inventory Module to my Sandbike and used it to carry all my dismantled building materials. You’d be surprised how much weight adds up when you’re carrying 50 metal frames and 30 concrete panels.
Moving that way was actually kind of fun — like going on a road trip with your whole base in the trunk. You can learn more now from u4gm.
